Let us be the best place you'll ever work.\n A Brief Overview\nThe Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the finance team responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial performance across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while translating financial data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, business understanding, and critical thinking.\n What you will do\nBuild and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities\nDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.\nInterpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making.\nBuild and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and other finance teams.\nProvide accurate and timely reports to senior management.\nInterpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.\nMentor more junior team members.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required\n4+ years of experience relevant experience required\nExperience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting preferred\nSuperior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nWhat You Will Get:\nCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.\nTotal job benefits valued at more than $10k*.
