Let us be the best place you'll ever work.\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Integration Engineer is responsible for the support, administration, monitoring, enhancement, and Replatform of Safelite's enterprise integration platforms. This role supports critical business data exchanges across legacy and cloud-based systems, including IBM MQ, Globalcape MFT, APIs, and AWS-native integration services. The engineer will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data movement while helping drive Safelite's integration Replatform roadmap.\nWhat You Will Do\nIntegration Platform Support Provide L3 support for enterprise integration platform. \nMonitor platform health and troubleshoot production issues. \nResolve integration failures, message backlogs, file transfer issues, and connectivity problems. \nPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. \n\nCloud Integration Engineering Design, develop, and support AWS-based integration solutions. \nSupport event-driven and serverless integration architectures. \n\nDecom & Replatform Partner with architecture and application teams to modernize legacy integrations. \nSupport migration of ARCUS, MQ, and on-prem file transfer workloads to AWS-native solutions. \nIdentify opportunities to simplify and rationalize the integration landscape. \nParticipate in mainframe decommissioning and cloud transformation initiatives. \n\nWhat You Will Need\n7+ years of integration platform support experience. \n4+ years developing or supporting AWS-based solutions. \nExperience supporting mission critical production environments. \nStrong troubleshooting and incident management skills. \nEFT/MFT platform support \nFTP/SFTP protocols \nLinux and Windows administration \nPython scripting and automation \nAWS Lambda \nAmazon S3 \nAmazon SNS/SQS \nAmazon EventBridge \nREST APIs and web services \nSSL/TLS and certificate management \nIBM MQ administration and troubleshooting \nAWS Transfer Family \nTerraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK \nOracle Fusion integrations \nCI/CD and GitHub based development practices \nWhat You Will Get\nCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities. \nTotal job benefits valued at more than $10k*.
