We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence.\nPreferred Location: Phoenix Metro\nYour Role at Delta Faucet:\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform showroom display installations, including removal of previous display walls, installation of new cabinet system, and repacking the outgoing displays for return shipment.\nParticipate in Customer Sales events including commercial/contractor events and how-to clinics\nProvide associate, store-wide, and district-wide product knowledge through in-aisle and classroom style training\nProvide brand representation for an array of Masco products, including project and reset visibility\nMaintain and grow relationships within our retail home improvement, hardware, and trade partners; ensuring goals and expectations are exceeded with quality service\nOversee project activities within the assigned territory, including scheduling, execution, and performance reporting, to ensure timely and successful delivery\nAssist with new hire Masco Representative training\nManage individual expenses and budget\nSupport other MSS departments as needed\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nHigh School diploma or equivalency required\nStrong attention to detail\nBasic knowledge of home improvement, renovation, or construction industry\nEffective communication skills with a team-based environment\nProficient with a computer and competence in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% during periods of increased customer commitments\nPossesses strong customer service skills and/or traits\nCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of audiences\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 70 pounds\nAbility to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch\nAbility to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods\nAbility to operate power tools\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jackets, ladders, etc.\nAbility to operate a computer, using mouse and keyboard\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
