Working closely with Automation Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Operations, Maintenance, and external technology partners, this position ensures OT systems remain secure, connected, and available to support production and business objectives.\nThe OT Network Engineer - Manufacturing Operations directly supports manufacturing uptime, OT cybersecurity, operational excellence, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience with advanced industrial networking technologies, OT cybersecurity solutions, manufacturing automation systems, and digital transformation initiatives as Delta Faucet builds smarter, more connected factories.\nThis position is located at Delta Faucet Company's Jackson, Tennessee manufacturing facility and requires regular physical presence in a manufacturing environment. Limited travel to other Delta Faucet manufacturing facilities may be required to support projects and operational initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOT Network Infrastructure\nServe as the primary technical owner of OT network infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations at the Jackson facility.\nDesign, configure, deploy, maintain, and optimize industrial network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and remote connectivity solutions.\nMonitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, resiliency, and operational effectiveness.\nMaintain network availability targets exceeding 99.5% uptime for critical manufacturing infrastructure.\n·Support lifecycle management activities including upgrades, hardware replacements, firmware updates, asset management, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\nManufacturing Systems and Operational Support\nTroubleshoot and resolve OT network incidents while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations.\nPartner with Automation Engineers to support reliable connectivity for PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, industrial control systems (ICS), and connected manufacturing technologies.\nSupport production system integrations and industrial communications across manufacturing environments.\nParticipate in manufacturing technology deployments, plant expansions, and digital transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Information Technology teams to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for manufacturing systems.\nOT Cybersecurity and Compliance\nImplement and maintain OT network segmentation aligned with Purdue Model principles and corporate cybersecurity standards.\nSupport OT cybersecurity programs through vulnerability remediation, patch management, secure remote access, and infrastructure hardening activities.\nCollaborate with Information Security teams to identify, assess, and mitigate OT network risks.\nAssist with cybersecurity incident response activities, root cause investigations, and corrective action plans.\nSupport audit readiness and cybersecurity compliance efforts aligned with OT security best practices and ISA/IEC 62443 principles.\nInfrastructure Governance and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain network diagrams, standards documentation, configuration backups, inventory records, and disaster recovery procedures.\nExecute network changes utilizing established change management processes and operational standards.\nCoordinate with equipment manufacturers, technology vendors, and system integrators supporting manufacturing systems.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve network performance, reliability, maintainability, and cybersecurity posture.\nSupport Industry 4.0 initiatives through collaboration with process engineering, automation engineering, and manufacturing technology teams.\nEducation & Experience:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.\n3-7 years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or infrastructure support.\nMinimum of 2 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.\nHands-on experience with Ethernet networking, routing, switching, wireless technologies, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.\nWorking knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, PROFINET, CIP, and DNP3.\nExperience troubleshooting network infrastructure supporting production or industrial environments.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nCCNA certification or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.\nPreferred:\nExperience with Cisco Industrial Ethernet (IE) networking platforms.\nExperience with Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, or comparable enterprise networking solutions.\nFamiliarity with OT cybersecurity monitoring platforms such as Cisco Cyber Vision.\nKnowledge of industrial network architecture, Purdue Model segmentation, and OT security principles.\nExperience supporting manufacturing automation systems, PLCs, SCADA platforms, and industrial control systems.\nUnderstanding of ISA/IEC 62443 cybersecurity concepts and best practices.\nCCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification.\nExperience working in manufacturing or industrial production environment\nMeasures of Success\nOT network uptime and infrastructure availability.\nIncident response and service restoration performance.\nSecurity patch compliance and vulnerability remediation completion.\nNetwork change success rate.\nCybersecurity risk reduction initiatives.\nDocumentation accuracy and completeness.\nStakeholder satisfaction from Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams.\nContributions to manufacturing modernization and digital transformation programs.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
