This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of operations and IT, where your expertise will directly enable automation, secure connectivity, and digital transformation across our production sites.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with Process/Automation Engineers, IT, and InfoSec teams to architect and support robust industrial networking solutions that are critical to our success in modern manufacturing. The role will require the ability to travel 10% of the time.\nBe part of a forward-thinking team driving digital manufacturing transformation. In this role, you'll:\nBridge the gap between IT and OT with high-impact technical leadership\nBuild secure, resilient industrial networks that enable Industry 4.0\nShape OT standards, architecture, and cybersecure design practices\nMake a tangible impact on uptime, safety, and connectivity across plants\nResponsibilities\nDesign, configure, and deploy OT wired/wireless network infrastructure in production environments\nMaintain and optimize industrial network performance, uptime, and security\nLead Tier 3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis of OT network incidents\nContribute to network architecture decisions, standards, and design blueprints\nPartner with engineering teams to integrate ICS, SCADA, IIoT, and smart devices\nImplement and manage network segmentation/zoning aligned to the Purdue Model\nAlign OT security with corporate policies and frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST)\nManage and patch OT networking hardware (Cisco IE switches, firewalls, routers)\nUtilize tools like Cisco DNA Center, Industrial Network Director, Cyber Vision for monitoring and automation\nSupport network-related upgrades, migrations, and vendor coordination across plants\nMaintain accurate documentation of topologies, configs, and operational procedures\nEnable digital factory initiatives by securing edge device connectivity and infrastructure\nQualifications\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience\n7+ years in network engineering\nExperience working in cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, and Security\nStrong Cisco networking background\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to learn industrial protocols\nStrong OT security experience: segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access\nWireless deployment and troubleshooting in industrial environments\nExperience with CMDB, change control, and network monitoring tools\nExcellent communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical teams\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
