are looking for a proactive, organized and eager-to-learn Stores & Procurement Intern to support our stores and procurement functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist with receiving, checking and recording incoming goods.\n\nSupport proper storage, organization and identification of stock.\n\nAssist in issuing and recording materials and equipment.\n\nMaintain accurate stores and inventory records.\n\nSupport stock counts and inventory reconciliations.\n\nAssist with preparation and filing of procurement documentation.\n\nSupport supplier communication and follow-up on orders and deliveries.\n\nAssist with obtaining quotations and preparing procurement comparisons.\n\nSupport purchase order and delivery documentation processes. \n\nAssist in monitoring stock levels and identifying replenishment requirements. \n\nPerform other stores and procurement duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.\n\nBasic understanding of procurement, inventory and stores management principles.\n\nGood computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong organizational and record-keeping skills.\n\nGood attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures.\n\nDemonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative. \n\nHow to
