This position plays a key role in the product engineering team, ensuring features are delivered end-to-end with quality and speed.\nThis role focuses on execution across the full stack and collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps, and contributes to Safetrust's continued growth by scaling the web platform that powers our access and identity solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features across the entire application stack - Spring on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.\nArchitect, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software.\nImplement secure and efficient RESTful APIs for data exchange between frontend and backend.\nContribute to continuous improvement of software development practices: coding standards, tools, languages, and design.\nCollaborate with local and remote cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps).\nInterpret requirements and convert them into software modules with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.\nWork within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.\nDesign and implement secure RESTful APIs and backend services supporting Safetrust's identity and access management platform.\nDevelop responsive, intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nDesign and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and data access layers for high-performance applications.\nCollaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDevelop reusable application components, shared libraries, and APIs that improve engineering efficiency across multiple products.\nParticipate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions for new products and platform enhancements.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and secure development practices.\nDevelop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to improve product quality and release confidence.\nParticipate in peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve code quality and knowledge sharing.\nCollaborate closely with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-hosted applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues while continuously improving application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nPartner with QA, Hardware, Embedded, AI, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver integrated product capabilities.\nStay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software engineering best practices that improve Safetrust's products and development processes.\nSkills & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of proven experience in full-stack web application development (Middle level).\nStrong knowledge of Core Java, Java/JEE technology stack, and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot).\nSolid experience building modern frontend applications with ReactJS.\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.\nGood knowledge of SQL - MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.\nExperience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and source control (Git).\nExperience with web/application servers and containers (Tomcat, Docker, or similar).\nNice to Have / Preferred\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of high-level protocols and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, MQTT).\nExperience designing secure software systems or working with security protocols.\nInterest in IoT device integration or embedded systems.\nSuccess Profile:\nThe ideal candidate is:\nComfortable owning features end-to-end across backend and frontend.\nPragmatic about quality, delivery speed, and coding standards.\nA strong collaborator across product, QA, and DevOps functions.\nAble to translate ambiguous requirements into clean, working software.\nComfortable working across regions and functions in a global environment (Vietnam, US, Australia).\nWhy you'll love working here\nCompetitive salary based on experience and performance\n13th-month salary \nDaily lunch is provided at the office\nFree coffee, tea, and refreshments\nFull statutory insurance (social, health, unemployment)\nAnnual health check-up and paid annual leaves\nProfessional, international working environment\nWorking Location:Level 6 Khanh Hoi 2 Building 360A Ben Van Don, Vinh Hoi, Ho Chi Minh City\nSafetrust is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
