This role is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and documenting safety training for employees on all shifts. The ideal candidate is Spanish/English bilingual, brings strong manufacturing safety experience, deep knowledge of OSHA requirements, and the ability to connect with employees on the production floor.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate, schedule, and deliver instructor-led safety training for employees at both facilities and across day and night shifts\nConduct equipment safety training, including forklift, crane, and other industrial equipment\nDeliver new-hire safety orientations and ongoing refresher training\nEnsure training programs meet OSHA regulations and company safety requirements\nMaintain accurate training records and track employee certifications, renewals, and compliance\nIdentify training needs and work with the Safety Manager to develop and improve training materials\nPartner with supervisors and department leaders to schedule training with minimal disruption to operations\nSupport a strong safety culture through clear communication and visible presence on the floor\nTravel regularly between the Hempstead and Hockley facilities\nQualifications:\nOSHA 500\nExperience coordinating and conducting safety training in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.\nExperience delivering instructor-led training, including forklift, crane, and other equipment safety training.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.\nAbility to maintain accurate training records and ensure employee compliance with required certifications.\nPreferred:\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.\nBenefits:\nFull-time \nCompetitive benefits\n$70,000 -
