Purpose: Provides customers, end users, and internal departments with product and technical support by performing the following duties through laboratory technicians.\n\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities: \nAccess and understand controlled work instructions and procedures.\nOpen and identify needed prints to complete lab tasks.\nUnderstand and adhere to all lab safety protocols.\nEnsure efficient and accurate tracking of laboratory tasks.\nCommunicate with the laboratory manager regularly to ensure rapid resolution of issues and consistency of applied methodologies.\nAssemble, inspect, and disassemble both new production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment. \nPerforms certification testing on new production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment.\nMeasures parts for conformity with specifications.\nCreation of transducer databases from calibration reports.\nAligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts.\nCommunicate basic information to CSRs for customer orders.\nResponsible for maintaining and supporting laboratory compliance with ISO-17025 requirements, including internal auditing.\nCompletes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.\nRead and comprehend testing report readouts and graphs. \nPositive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks required.\nUtilize data collection software, DTS, and ATDM preferred.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and/or Experience:\nTwo (+) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nAssociate’s degree in a related field preferred.\nPrior Experience in an ISO/IEC or A2LA certified laboratory
