As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and quality across our organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented improvements to ensure sustained impact and success.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in engineering or related field\n5-7 years' of experience in Continuous Improvement/World Class role\nProven experience in process improvement or continuous improvement roles\nStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies\nProficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills\nStrong project management and organizational skills\nExcellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners of all levels\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams\nAbility to work independently and drive results\nSix Sigma BB certification is a plus\nToyota Production System exposure is a plus\nResponsibilities\nIdentify areas of improvement within our organization's processes and systems\nLead cross-functional teams in process improvement efforts\nConduct thorough analysis to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, time lines, and successes criteria\nDevelop and implement process improvement plans and strategies\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements\nProvide training and guidance to team members on continuous improvement methodologies\nApproximately 60% of your time will be on the production floor alongside the team on productivity projects identifed from Value Stream Maps, data collections, CI Committee, etc.\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
