Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful production of our products.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nBasic computer skills are a must\n3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferably running machinery\nStrong technical skills and understanding of electrode manufacturing processes\nExcellent attention to detail\nAbility to perform precise measurements and detect small variances in the process that may affect product quality\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nAbility to work independently as well as within a team environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to comprehend written instructions and to clearly document and record the results of the work performed\nExperience as an electrode technician or similar role is preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to wear a respirator (full time during equipment operation and setup)\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nMedically and physically capable to work in the presence of numerous chemicals and strong magnets\nWork environment will be in a dry room where cooled and low humidity air is constantly present\nThis position will require standing for most of each day\nResponsibilities\nAdhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment\nSet up, operate and maintain production equipment, machines, and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions\nTest electrodes for quality, performance, and durability\nMaintain an inventory of electrode materials and supplies\nCalibrate and maintain electrode manufacturing equipment\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrode production issues\nCollaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to improve electrode designs and processes\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
