As the Manager, you will set goals, develop strategies to optimize processes, conduct regular assessments and reviews, manage engineering teams, and coordinate with engineers and other experts in developing manufacturing plans. You will make significant decisions, negotiate deals and contracts, and supervise the recruitment of employees. You will also support operations while implementing company policies and vision.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree major in engineering, management, electronics or equivalent\nMinimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in leadership roles within a manufacturing organization leading engineering.\nDemonstrated understanding of financial and operational performance data is required.\nStrong leadership skills and ability to drive change and accountability in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.\nLeads across cultural, geographic, business, and functional boundaries. \nAbility to energize and motivate people and to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and lead as a change agent and hold people accountable for high standards of performance.\nProven track record of creating, implementing and/or sustaining a lean operation within a dynamic environment.\nExperience in developing, implementing and improving key performance indicator metrics through strong data analysis and continuous improvement.\nKnowledge and practice of Quality Systems and Problem Solving (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).\nResponsibilities\nSet and enforce a department budget.\nAnalyze our current manufacturing operations to locate inefficiencies.\nLead engineering to make improvements where you see fit to increase profits.\nCoordinate with upper management to align with overall company goals.\nDevelop effective automated and non-automated systems.\nSupport evaluation of manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.\nStudy production and machine requirements\nDevelop and test effective automated and manual systems.\nOversee the design and installation equipment.\nIntegrate disparate systems (e.g., equipment handling, transport).\nOptimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance.\nEnsure that procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
