As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 2-3 years of industrial experience\nIndustrial Mechanic and/or Electrical training\nProven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role\nAbility to use multimeters and general instrumentation (HMI, PLCs, remote I/O, etc.)\nAbility to read and understand schematics/drawings, mechanical prints\nProficiency in using hand and power tools\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc. \nKnowledge of CMMS (Limble)\nResponsibilities\nPerform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve any maintenance issues\nConduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts\nTroubleshoot and install the following: vacuum pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, servo pumps (Hibr), AC/DC motors, and electrical components (relays, contractors, fuses, I/O modules)\nLearn and retain knowledge of the basic work instructions for all unit operations by interacting with operators and engineers as needed to support troubleshooting activites\nCollaborate with other team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks\nAssist in the installation of new equipment activities and repairs\nAdhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
