The Site Supervisor takes direction from the Site Manager and performs onsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, provides site inputs for quality reports, support to commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of battery energy storage systems. Required to have on site hands on field experience with an Electrical, Mechanical and troubleshooting background.\nRequirements\nMinimum Associate's Degree with an electrical or mechanical discipline\nMinimum of three years on site electrical project supervision\nExperience supervising multiple personnel during project execution of industrial projects in the power generation / energy field / EPC works\nExperience managing a technical team\nBattery knowledge a plus\nFluent in English and fluency in Spanish a plus\nResponsibilities\nDirectly leads the day to day activities of the commissioning engineers, system engineers, HVAC controls engineers and Quality Managers. Liase any techincal support questions between the customer, stakeholders and Saft, if needed.\nOnsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, provides site inputs or supports the completion of Saft quality reports / documentation / checklists\nSupport all Safety for projects initiatives with the support of the Site Manager and Leadership\nOversee daily operations, track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards\nParticipate in continuous improvement of project execution and the quality system\nInterface with HSE, project managers, and installation and commissioning managers\nLearn and understand Saft ESS product line\nAssist in documenting technical knowledge and lessons learned\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
