In the project phase, he is preparing incoming inspection and other deliverables from project standard list. He daily support production for non conformance management with specific focus on supplier claims and MRB management. He is involved in quality system activities and customer support.\nRequirements\nB.S. Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering Degree preferred) with 2-3 years minimum experience as a Quality Engineer or an A.A.S in a related field with 4-7 years direct experience as a Quality Engineer.\nISO 9001, AS9100, various manufacturing processes (chemical, mechanical, or electrochemical).\nRoot cause analysis tools such as Fault Tree, Ishikawa Diagram, Turtle Diagram and 5Y.\nFamiliarity with 4D and 8D corrective actions, ability to use various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, bore gauge, CMM, etc.).\nPrevious Quality Engineering Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare incoming inspection activities in project phases to ensure incoming materials are inspected in an accurate and timely manner for the site\nManage MRB in collaboration with produciton, engineering manufacturing quality and incoming inspection for the site\nAssess suppliers with supply chain for selection and development for the site\nManage supplier claims and charge back corresponding to supplier responsiblity for the site\nProvide manufacturing support for ESS in project preparation and low produciton volume periods\nParticipate in new project/product introduction for ESS\nContribute to ISO9001 certification and act as an internal auditor for the site\nAccomplish all work activities in compliance with safety guidelines and support safety initiatives to improve overall safety of the plant\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
