熟悉前端技术方案，能够重点针对用户场景做体验优化、交互打磨、页面性能提升，同时优化管理平系统页面代码质量、运行稳定性，全面提升业务系统的用户口碑与可维护性。\n\n• 负责前端通用组件、工具库的封装与迭代，持续维护和改进现有开发体系，提升团队整体开发效率。\n\n• 主动对接产品、后端、测试等相关团队，精准理解业务需求，高效沟通落地细节，同步任务进度、反馈技术问题，保障任务顺利推进。\n\n• 跟进前端前沿技术，结合业务场景落地技术创新，持续优化，规避技术风险，助力业务长期发展。\n\n• 负责防黄牛及技术安全相关落地：业务侧配合风控完成领券/活动防刷、频控与策略联动；架构安全上明确前端—BFF—后端边界，敏感逻辑与密钥保护，BFF 统一鉴权、校验与错误暴露策略；代码安全上遵循安全编码规范（XSS/CSRF 防护、输入输出校验、依赖与构建链路风险治理），在 Code Review 与上线流程中持续降低漏洞与滥用风险。\n\n任职要求\n\n• 工作经验：5年及以上前端开发工作经验，具备成熟的中大型前端项目独立开发落地经验。\n\n• 核心技术栈（硬性要求）：精通 Angular 21及以下 版本框架，熟练掌握 Angular 组件化、路由、依赖注入、响应式编程、状态管理等核心特性，有大型Angular项目实战经验；熟练使用 NodeJS 进行 BFF 层开发，熟悉接口转发、数据聚合、请求处理、中间件开发等BFF层核心业务。\n\n• 扎实的前端基础，精通 TypeScript、JavaScript、ES6、HTML5、CSS3，熟练掌握前端工程化、模块化、构建打包等相关技术，具备扎实的代码编写和调试能力。\n\n• 熟悉前后端协作流程，了解常用后端接口规范，能够独立完成前后端联调、问题排查，具备完整的业务闭环能力。\n\n• 综合能力要求：具备较强的沟通表达能力，能够清晰同步技术方案、对接多方需求，高效推进跨团队协作；适应能力强，可快速适配业务变化、节奏及技术迭代，能快速攻克各类技术难点。\n\n• 具备良好的代码规范、工程化思维和问题复盘能力，逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力。\n\n• 同时具备对客及内部系统的开发维护经验，熟悉C端用户交互逻辑、UE优化思路及B端业务逻辑。\n\n• 具有电商优惠券业务经验，有实际运用敏捷流程开发的经验。\n\n• 有对AI的理解能力，有使用AI做开发的经历，了解并能紧跟AI的发展。\n\n• 深度使用 Angular 20 及以上新版本迭代经验，参与过Angular框架版本升级、架构重构。\n\n• 具备 NodeJS BFF 性能优化、高并发场景处理经验。\n\n•
