We are now partnering with health systems there to deploy our AI-powered care navigation platform.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re hiring a product-focused Software Engineer to build voice AI experiences that help patients get the care they need.\nThis is a full-stack role with a strong backend focus. You’ll work across backend services, AI systems, integrations, and voice stack, owning features from understanding the customer problem through launch and improvement. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to make conversations more useful, responsive, and reliable.\nWe welcome engineers with 2+ years of professional experience, including more senior candidates.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and ship voice AI features and patient workflows end to end.\n\nDevelop backend services and integrations that let agents retrieve information and take actions.\n\nImprove conversation behavior, latency, and reliability across the voice and AI stack.\n\nUse production conversations and customer feedback to improve the experience.\n\nOwn testing, monitoring, and production debugging for your features.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThis role requires at least 2 years of full-time professional software engineering experience. Internships, coursework, and personal projects do not meet this requirement.
