We achieve these goals and objectives through effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams, and customers in your assignment.This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville, GA office.\nResponsibilities\nManages the renewal process for Accounts.\nDevelop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers. \nResolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders. \nBuild strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. \nUtilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities. \nMaintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting. \nManage additional projects and assignments as defined by the needs of the business.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of indirect Sales experience (channel)preferred.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office and computer skills. \nDetail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. \nStrong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development. \nMust be self-motivated and can work in a collaborative team environment. \nProblem-solving and innovation experience; project management \nSoftware/ SaaS industry experience preferred \nB2B consultative sales experience.\nPerks?
