Main job function is to set up meeting rooms with A/V equipment.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for installation of audio-visual hardware for end users.\nAssists in the installation of advanced audio visual hardware and software under the direction of the AV Management.\nPerforms routine tasks like room setups or other operational tasks as defined.\nPerforms preventative maintenance on audio visual hardware.\nTest, evaluate, and install audio visual equipment\nTroubleshoots basic hardware and software problems for end users\nProvides basic training on hardware and software use.\nFacilitates assistance from hardware and software vendors when necessary.\nSetup and maintain cabaret stage entertainment and other special events\nDevises documentation for all end user hardware and software with regard to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, licensing, configuration, and network connectivity.\nPrepares progressive reports for all work performed.Pull and terminate low voltage cable\nQualifications\nEducation/Formal Training\nHighschool Diploma or Equivalent\nExperience\nPrior audio/visual experience preferred\nKnowledge/Skills\nFamiliar with audio visual concepts\nExcellent Guest Service\nExperience with audio, video, control systems and like technology\nExperience in systems integration\nFamiliar with personal computers, servers, and like technology\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
