candidates must be able to work in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you’ll be getting involved in:\nCoordinating global learning programmes, including training schedules, facilitator and room bookings, resources and learning materials.\nSupporting the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, leavers, course completions and attendance records.\nHelping colleagues and managers access learning opportunities, answering queries and providing clear, helpful support.\nSupporting the delivery of L&D programmes, including leadership development, manager onboarding and manager upskilling.\nCoordinating assessment tools such as Strengthscope, including issuing assessments, compiling reports and updating supporting materials.\nCreating and maintaining programme timelines, project plans, processes and documentation.\nSupporting communications and marketing activity for learning programmes, including pre-programme welcome materials.\nPreparing PowerPoint materials for management briefings and programme updates.\nUsing tools such as Mentimeter to gather real-time participant feedback.\nMaintaining accurate learning and attendance records and supporting high-level reporting.\nGathering feedback and identifying opportunities to continually improve the learning experience.\nSupporting event and programme administration, including purchase orders and financial tracking.\nBuilding positive relationships with stakeholders across the People team and wider business, including senior colleagues and guest presenters.\nWhat we're looking for:\nPrevious experience in an L&D operational, coordination or administrative role.\nPrevious experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).\nExcellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.\nConfidence using IT systems and learning new technologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nThe confidence to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.\nA proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEnthusiasm for learning and development and a genuine desire to help colleagues succeed.\nYour benefits (Only Applicable for UK Based Roles)\nBenefits video -
