partners, and clients, translating them into product features.\nUnderstand and optimize accounting workflows, including bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, month-end close, and financial reporting.\nLeverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve accounting workflows.\nDefine requirements for transaction processing, accounting categorization, document management, and approvals.\nOwn product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement.\nWork with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.\nManage backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery.\nRequirements\nProduct management experience, preferably in accounting software, SaaS, or workflow automation, with familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting platforms.\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and end-to-end accounting processes.\nExperience delivering software products end-to-end, with exposure to APIs, financial integrations, AI, and automation technologies.\nExperience working with engineering and cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.\nAbility to translate business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and functional
