Delivery Methodology and utilizing our service delivery tools while adhering to project plans and staying within a project’s scope (as defined in the signed Statement of Work).\nSystem Setup & Configuration: Design, configure, and validate key HCM components including Company Setup, Payroll & General Ledger Mapping, Tax Configuration, Time Off Plans, Workflow Management, Security Roles, Position Management, and Time & Expense Tracking.\nBusiness Process Alignment: Collaborate with clients to map existing HR and payroll processes into Sage HCM, ensuring optimal configuration and alignment with compliance requirements and organizational policies\nYou will be supporting customer legacy system data migration including performing data import template reviews, identifying/resolving customer population errors, and loading the data via the Sage HCM user interface.\nTraining & Troubleshooting software troubleshoot system issues and deliver hands-on training sessions to guide clients through using the software effectively.\nIntegration Support: Collaborate with integration teams to connect Sage HCM with external systems (e.g., accounting, benefits, or timekeeping platforms), validating data flows and ensuring system interoperability as needed.\nProject Communication: It’s essential that you complete assignments on-time and provide regular status updates on work assignments to Project Managers and our customers.\nYou will keep current on the latest software features and enhancements released quarterly by Product Management.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience delivering professional consulting or implementation services for HCM, ERP, or financial management software (Sage Intacct or other ERP experience is a plus).\nAccounting background/knowledge is required\nStrong understanding of HCM setup principles-including organizational structures, payroll taxation, benefits administration, and time management.\nProven experience conducting client discovery sessions, performing software configuration, and guiding end users through implementation and adoption, and administrative level training.\nExposure to multiple industries such as non-profit, construction, government, and service-based organizations, with an understanding of unique payroll and compliance requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and utilization goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nExperience implementing SaaS-based software and a passion for technology, process, and automation, with a strong focus on Client success.\nAdvanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor’s degree in
