You will manage strategic cross-functional projects and large programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives in support of go-to-market, regional and functional teams in support of large scale impact for the business (examples: leading trading initiatives like Multi-Year Contracts, GMO transformation work and supporting sales and success blueprint work from the rest of the RTR team). In addition, this role will be driving operational process and efficiencies, change impact assessments as well as creating and implementing accurate project plans, communication plans, RACIs, Stakeholder maps and develop success metrics.This position is Hybrid based in-office 3 days per week.\nResponsibilities\nLead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with sales and success digital enablement team, RTR, regions, function and in alignment with the broader impact on Sage.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies and other supporting that are in support of the corporate and departmental objectives Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers.\nFoster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.\nDrive projects forward in a consistent, aligned approach around an established ROB, governance, change impact assessment and project/program execution model.\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\nResolve issues proactively and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned.\nEstablish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.\nPrepare and deliver detailed reports on program status, outcomes, and business impact to executive leadership. Assist and advise team members on processes, policies, procedures and reporting requirements\nQualifications:\n7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations\nA track record of effectively collaborating across groups, to drive clarity and effectiveness in rhythm of business\nProactiveness and a strong positive outlook and approach to change management along with a strong business acumen to ramp quickly across our diverse business and offerings\nAbility to manage matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity and outcomes\nProven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results\nAbility to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand concepts for leadership and through communications.\nDemonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.\nStrong understanding and experience working in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing employees and the ability to translate that experience into strategic insight\nPerks?
