You’ll be the connective force ensuring that every milestone is met, every dependency is managed, and every stakeholder stays aligned.This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead day-to-day execution of North America program workstreams - ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.\nSupport roll-out of RevOps programs across regions, managing release planning, readiness, and adoption.\nMaintain program dashboards, trackers, and governance artifacts to provide real-time visibility of progress and outcomes.\nIdentify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure delivery continuity.\nFacilitate program meetings and decision forums - turning actions into tangible outcomes.\nChampion consistency in delivery practices, templates, and communications across teams and regions.\nPartner with RevOps teams and key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to drive alignment and operational discipline.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our RevOps program delivery frameworks and best practices.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n5+ years of proven success managing complex programs or large-scale transformations in a global enterprise environment.\nA track record of driving structured execution across multiple workstreams and functions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills - able to influence across all levels of the organization.\nExceptional organizational discipline with a focus on delivery quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nComfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed, and ambiguous environments, where priorities shift and outcomes matter.\nProficiency with modern program management tools and methodologies.\nPerks?
