This role partners with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies, translate business requirements into automation solutions, and establish enterprise automation standards that improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and user experience.Unlike roles focused on optimizing sales execution or managing sales processes, the Workflow Automation Manager is responsible for the architecture and automation of end-to-end business workflows that span multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.\nThe ideal candidate combines business process expertise, systems thinking, and workflow automation experience to build scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, standardize operations, and enable business growth.\nThis is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in NA based office.\nResponsibilities\nWorkflow Architecture & Design\nDesign scalable workflow automation architectures that support enterprise business processes across the revenue lifecycle.\nTranslate business requirements into automation designs that align with organizational standards and long-term scalability.\nEstablish automation design patterns, governance, and best practices to ensure consistency across solutions.\nEvaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce manual work through automation and orchestration.\nDevelop future-state workflow designs that improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nBusiness Process Improvement\nPartner with Revenue Operations business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.\nFacilitate process discovery sessions and document current-state and future-state workflows.\nApply continuous improvement methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes.\nRecommend improvements that balance business value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.\nSolution Delivery\nLead the design and implementation of workflow automations using enterprise automation and business systems platforms.\nCollaborate with Go-to-Market-Effectiveness, IT, and platform/application managers to implement scalable automation solutions.\nDefine functional requirements, automation logic, decision trees, exception handling, and testing strategies.\nSupport user acceptance testing and production deployment activities, and defining success metrics.\nGovernance & Standards\nEstablish governance for Revenue Operations workflow automation, including design standards, documentation, change management, and operational support.\nMaintain Revenue Operations enterprise workflow documentation, automation inventory, and architectural standards.\nEvaluate automation requests to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities.\nMonitor automation performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and business outcomes.\nPartner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, IT, and Go-to-Market-Effectiveness teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nCollaborate with Sales Process Management to automate approved business processes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.\nServe as a trusted advisor on workflow automation strategy and business process design.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n5-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Workflow Automation.\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise workflow automation solutions.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional business process improvement initiatives.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nStrong understanding of CRM and enterprise business systems ecosystems.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Workato, Zapier Enterprise, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar).\nExperience with process mapping methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.\nExperience working in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology organizations.\nFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and event-driven automation concepts.\n________________________________________\nKnowledge & Skills\nBusiness process architecture\nWorkflow automation design\nBusiness requirements analysis\nSystems thinking\nEnterprise process governance\nContinuous improvement methodologies\nAutomation lifecycle management\nData quality and operational controls\nChange management principles\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to influence without direct authority\nWhy you'll love this role:\nYou’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s modernizing how we run Revenue Operations.
