You will define new product capabilities and integrations that streamline how customers are provisioned, onboarded, managed, as well as engage with our product. You will drive usability studies and business workflow research to recommend, design, and implement ways to increase the velocity at which we can meet customer needs. You will work across the company with all aspects of product delivery, including business operations, IT operations, sales, and support.\nYou will serve as the product owner for your area, coordinating product development teams and monitoring progress throughout the development cycle. You will manage pre-release product activities (beta, preview), and coordinate cross-functional teams for product launch and company readiness activities, including internal training. This role also provides a significant opportunity for leadership via cross-team collaboration with the other product teams and businesses to achieve our company goals.\nLocation: Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid role, three days per week in the office.\nRequired Skills\nBA/BS degree is required\nExperience with Product Management methodology\n7+ years of experience in B2B product management and product delivery\nPractical experience using AI tools to accelerate product management work (research, writing, analysis), alongside the judgment to identify and scope where AI/ML can meaningfully improve the product itself\nPrior experience working for a SaaS/Cloud company\nFamiliar with modern, agile software/SaaS/Cloud development practices used to build and deploy web applications\nExperience working with colleagues and teams internationally.\nExperience working with a Product Marketing Management team\nExperience administering and overseeing beta programs as it relates to new product features and enhancements.\nExperience collaborating across product management as well as other teams\nAble to facilitate collaboration among individuals from various departments to achieve shared goals.\nDemonstrated track record of translating customer requirements into market-leading solutions.\nMust have excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with Budgeting and Planning applications and understanding of multi-dimensional concepts\nBackground in Accounting / FP&A / budgeting is an advantage.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nGuide the roadmap for a budgeting and planning product that is part of an offering that includes core financials and workforce planning\nConduct and use data, research and customer interviews to understand the customer's needs and translate them to business insights and product requirements\nManaged beta activities related to new product features and enhancements.\nUtilize market assessments, analytics, and insights to strategically prioritize features, monitor their performance after launch, and guide roadmap planning.\nWrite detailed requirement documents that are necessary for the engineering organization to implement business operations enhancements and integrations\nDefine and track product and feature success metrics and use them to create best practices, documentation, use cases, and other supporting materials that make our customers successful\nExecute the details of our product strategy, ensure product launches, feature updates, and other initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional functionality and usability.\nCollaborate with Business Operations, IT Operations, Support, Sales, and Product leadership on the vision for Sage Intacct business systems, including provisioning, pricing, tenant management, and integrations\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch of solutions through training, support, and
