If you're naturally curious, highly analytical, and enjoy solving complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.\nThis role is hybrid, three days per week on-site in the Newcastle office.\nResponsibilities\n?\nAs our Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PMM, Finance, Enablement and Commercial teams to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:\nAnalysing sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks and opportunities\nCreating and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights\nSupporting sales forecasting and account allocation processes\nEnsuring CRM data quality and helping optimise workflows and user adoption\nTroubleshooting CRM-related issues and recommending process improvements\nFacilitating operational governance meetings focused on funnel performance, service levels and process effectiveness\nProviding insights into pipeline health and revenue performance\nSupporting sales enablement initiatives through training, process documentation and knowledge sharing\nPartnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver operational improvement projects\n?\nWe're looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management skills.\nYou'll likely bring:\nPrevious experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a similar analytical role\nStrong data analysis and reporting capabilities\nExperience working with CRM platforms and maintaining data quality standards\nAdvanced Excel and reporting skills, with dashboard creation experience\nThe ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\nConfidence working with multiple stakeholders across different functions\nA proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement\n?\nAt Sage, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we scale and grow.
