Deine Challenge bei uns:

Du unterstützt unsere Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft und lernst, wie Kund*innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung unserer Software begleitet werden. Dabei übernimmst Du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Monitoring von Kampagnen über Telefon & E-Mail
  • Erstgespräche mit Interessent*innen, inklusive Demos unserer Software
  • Unterstützung im Sales-Backoffice (Organisation, Vorbereitung, Struktur)
  • Punktuelle Analysen entlang des Sales Cycles und visuelle Aufbereitung / Präsentation
  • Entwicklung klarer Entscheidungskriterien (Go / No-Go) je Produktlinie
  • Erstellung von übersichtlichen Flowcharts für SDRs & BDRs
