We have, very often, considered our interns for post-graduation roles within the company.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLearning and networking with employees, leaders, and other interns during a 10-week, on the job experience with potential to earn college credit\nOwn an individual Capstone project with deliverables and presentation to CEO\nAdditional 2-3 projects over the course of 10 weeks prioritized by the Carrier Ops team with weekly/bi-weekly updates to the OCEO (Office of the CEO) team\nResearch/analysis support on ad-hoc projects, specifically corporate projects important to the CEO\nRecommend solutions to industry issues and latest news insights relevant to the business\nReceive coaching, mentoring and feedback from knowledgeable SageSure professionals\nWe’re looking for someone who has:\nDesire to work in the insurance industry\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to multitask and hungry to learn\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to work independently, as a team member, and own challenging tasks\nStrategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment\nAn undergraduate or graduate education with an anticipated graduation date in 2028\nAuthorization to work in the United States\nHighly preferred candidates also have:\nPrior internship experience\nGPA of 3.0 or higher\nAI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools).\nAbout SageSure:\nNamed among the Best Places to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance for four years in a row (2020-2023), SageSure is one of the largest managing general underwriters (MGU) focused on catastrophe-exposed property in the US.
