After 3 days of orientation and training, you’ll join our Home Services Innovation team, where you’ll be assigned projects with unlimited opportunity for challenges and achievement. We have, very often, considered our interns for post-graduation roles within the company. \nWhat you’d be doing: \nLearn and network with employees, leaders, and other interns during an on-the-job experience. \nPotential to earn college credit. \nProvide research and analysis support on ad-hoc projects. \nFulfill tasks and project assignments set out by team leaders. \nReceive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from knowledgeable SageSure professionals. \nSupport the development of internal and external communications related to Home Services initiatives, including presentations, messaging, sales enablement materials, FAQs, and other content. \nPartner with members of the Home Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to help develop clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communications. \nAssist with communication and engagement efforts supporting new Home Services offerings, pilots, and innovation initiatives. \nSupport A/B testing and other experimentation designed to evaluate messaging, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. \nReview performance data and engagement metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. \nHelp translate data and analytical findings into clear takeaways and recommendations for business partners. \nConduct research related to customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging Home Services opportunities. \nWe’re looking for someone who has: \nIs currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with a focus on Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, with an anticipatedgraduation date in 2028. \nHas strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different audiences. \nDemonstrates strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills. \nHas an analytical mindset and an interest in using data to understand performance and inform decisions. \nHas strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities within performance data. \nIs comfortable multitasking and is eager to learn. \nIs curious, proactive, and willing to bring forward ideas and recommendations. \nHas the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team member. \nIs authorized to work in the United States. \nHighly preferred candidates also have: \nPrior internship experience. \nGPA of 3.0 or higher. \nExperience with or exposure to A/B testing, marketing analytics, customer engagement metrics, or other forms of performance measurement. \nExperience developing written communications, presentations, marketing materials, or other audience-facing content. \nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. \nAn interest in innovation, customer experience, marketing, sales, or the Insurance industry. \nHome Services: \nAt SageSure, the Home Services team is reimagining what it means to protect and empower homeowners.
