This role focuses on learning the HomebuilderONE platform and supporting configuration, training, testing, and deployment activities. Associates will work closely with experienced consultants to ensure successful project execution while developing their own expertise in HomebuilderONE.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in and successfully pass a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of HomebuilderONE.\nFollow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations.\nConduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify potential issues.\nSupport system rollout and post-implementation support following company guidelines.\nAttend all client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process.\nProvide high levels of customer service by following established communication protocols.\nDocument and track project progress using designated tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.\nContinuously develop knowledge of HomebuilderONE, staying updated on product enhancements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in software implementation.\nBackground in the homebuilding or construction industry is preferred but not required.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to follow structured processes and adapt in fast-paced environments.\n\nWorking Environment\nRemote position but some travel involved.\nFast-paced, client-focused environment requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn.\nPassionate about both client and colleagues’ success.\nsa.global is committed to investing in the development of our team members, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring long-term career growth.
