In this role, you will build robust CE solutions while leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities to drive intelligent business outcomes.\nJob Description\nCustomize and configure the D365 CE platform using various tools and technologies including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.\nDesign, develop, and deploy custom solutions, plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using the D365 CE SDK, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.\nDesign and implement AI-driven features within the Power Platform ecosystem, utilizing AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot integrations, and Azure Cognitive Services to enhance user productivity and automate processes.\nExtend the functionality of D365 CE by creating custom entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules to meet the specific business requirements of the organization.\nImplement integrations with other systems, both within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Azure, Office 365) and external third-party applications using various integration methods and APIs.\nIntegrate external AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) via Azure OpenAI or custom RESTful APIs into D365 CE and Power Apps workflows.\nAssist in data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, and loading into the D365 CE platform. \nConduct unit testing and debugging of customizations to ensure that they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects. \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including technical design documents, code documentation, and deployment instructions. \nEnsure that all customizations and developments adhere to security and compliance standards, including data protection and access control. \nCollaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical, AI-enhanced solutions. \nKeep up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to D365 CE development and emerging AI trends, ensuring that the organization is leveraging the platform effectively. \nThe requirements for this role include:\nDemonstrated 7+ years of experience as a D365 CE Developer. \nStrong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and web services development. \nFamiliar with D365 CE customization and configuration using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. \nPractical knowledge of integrating AI capabilities within Dynamics 365, including experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), or Azure AI.\nKnowledge of D365 CE SDK and development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with integration tools and methods, RESTful APIs, and data migration.\nFundamental understanding of prompt engineering and how to apply AI to solve CRM-specific business challenges. \nUnderstanding software development best practices, including version control and code review processes. \nGraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \nProven experience as a D365 CE Developer or similar role with a focus on customizing and extending the D365 CE platform.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
