Our employees come from varied cultural and social backgrounds, and we strive each day to work towards making sa.global a great place to work.\nValues of sa.global\nContribute towards a working environment that represents “one sa.global” where everyone is seen as an equal, and equality and diversity is championed.\nInteract with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.\nCome as you are, make work fun & others successful, and foster an always learning mentality.\nAbout the Role\nsa.global is looking for a motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Malaysia.\nYou will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, empowering them to optimize their business processes and achieve enhanced performance.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n Cover all aspects of consulting - including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising Dynamics 365 F&O.\nProvide expertise and in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O application, evaluating the customer’s business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.\nResponsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.\nCollaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.\nFacilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.\nResponsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain D365 F&O application.\nLiaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company’s services.\nEnsure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation.\nWork with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.\nLiaise with developers and clients - act as a point of communication.\nResponsible for quality assurance & documentation.\nProduction support as required.\nCollaborate with teams globally.\nAlways self-update with the latest feature and technology of D365 F&O.\n\n Skills and Experience\nProven experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.\nDemonstrated experience developing functional specifications for D365 F&O enhancements and integrations.\nProven experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.\nExcellent understanding and knowledge of core D365 F&O modules.\nA working knowledge of best practices in their area of specialization/vertical.\nTechnical background / programming concept understanding would be an added advantage.\nAbility to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.\nA demonstrated logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.\nExcellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.\nAbility to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.\nBusiness intelligence understanding including reporting and analytics.\nPossess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.\nHighly confident with providing support and training to users.\nPossess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience;
