You will need to own and outline the project budget and track costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget. You should also have experience preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.\nMain Responsibilities\nEnsure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope and budget.\nDeveloping projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and are achievable.\nResponsible for resource planning and allocation; delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience.\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nLead project planning sessions with regular meetings.\nTrack and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals.\nMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.\nRegularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.\nManage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders. You will also serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project.\nAdhere to internal governance and project methodologies.\nManage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences.\nPrompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issues.\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the sa.global implementation methodology.\nEnsure all project resources maintain high level performance and accountable for resource utilisation of the project team.\nDesigning risk mitigation plan.\nSecuring growth opportunities and initiating new projects.\n\n Skills and Experience\nProven track record of successfully managing ERP projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.\nStrong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.\nStrong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics.\nExperience in working with Agile Methodology.\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
