This Serbia-based role offers a hybrid work environment and an opportunity to develop practical accounting experience within an international finance team.\nAs a Junior SSC Accountant, you will support daily finance operations and assist with monthly and year-end closing activities. You will help ensure that accounting processes are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with sa.global policies, internal controls, and applicable local legislation.\nMain Responsibilities\nProcess intercompany billing and invoices\nProcess expense reports \nDistribute invoices for approval and follow up on their status\nEnter and process incoming invoices in the finance module of the ERP system\nPrepare monthly payment runs\nProcess bank transactions\nPerform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions\nGeneral ledger postings \nPayroll journals processing \nReconcile intercompany balance sheet and profit and loss accounts\nParticipate in month-end closing activities within agreed deadlines\nAssist with the audit process\nMaintain supporting documentation, including invoices and bank statements, in SharePoint\nProvide accurate financial data for reporting and analysis\nSupport process and reporting improvements by participating in system testing\nKnowledge, Skills, and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred\nPrevious internship or entry-level experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role is an advantage\nKnowledge of accounting principles and processes\nStrong attention to detail\nGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with good working knowledge of Excel\nGood written and verbal communication
