You can be located in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, empowering them to optimize their business processes and achieve enhanced performance.\nMain Responsibilities\nCover all aspects of consulting, including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).\nProvide expertise and in-depth knowledge of the D365 BC application.\nEvaluate customers’ business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.\nWork collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage D365 BC using best-practice development and implementation methodologies.\nDocument business requirements that express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.\nPerform fit-gap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies with the team.\nCollaborate, manage, and lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end users.\nFacilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop functional design documents that drive the development process, ensuring required modifications and customisations are addressed.\nProvide onsite and offsite consulting services.\nProactively identify, analyse, and respond to issues and risks.\nFoster teamwork and mentor and train consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional client service.\nSuggest areas for improvement in methodology and internal processes, along with potential solutions.\nRecognise and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and additional client projects.\nDesign project schedules, set timelines for each team member, and delegate specific tasks to project resources.\nLiaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to customers or the company’s services.\nManage end-to-end project coordination and take responsibility for successful project completion within a stipulated budget.\nEnsure the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.\nWork with project managers and team leaders to accommodate resource changes across projects.\nKeep up to date with new D365 features.\nDemonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development, completing relevant certifications in a timely manner when necessary.\nRepresent the business professionally and positively at all times.\n\n Skills and Experience\nProven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).\nStrong experience delivering large, complex technology projects, including full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of D365 BC.\nExcellent knowledge of core D365 BC functionality and the business processes it supports.\nExperience with setup, configuration, implementation, enhancements, integration, and testing of D365 BC solutions using best-practice implementation methodologies.\nExperience designing and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nExperience using Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects, from requirements through to UAT.\nStrong requirements gathering skills, with the ability to produce high-quality functional documentation.\nPossess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.\nStrong business communication skills, with effective presentation and demonstration abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.\nStrong learning orientation with regard to new technologies and implementations.\nUnderstanding of business intelligence concepts, including reporting and analytics.\nConfident in providing support and training to users.\nStrong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.\nExperience across a number of industries.\nComplex problem solver with creative solutions.\nSelf-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.\nThinks clearly and calmly under pressure.\nPlaces emphasis on client satisfaction.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a global team.\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred.\nProject Management
