The ideal candidate combines strong React and front-end development expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nThe Senior React Developer will have end-to-end responsibility for the development and ongoing support of the organization's React-based software application.\n\nThe role will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\n\nThe successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, making technical recommendations, identifying risks, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and other technical resources as needed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using React.\nServe as the primary technical owner of the React application and related front-end components.\nTranslate business requirements, user needs, wireframes, and functional specifications into working software.\nBuild reusable, responsive, accessible, and maintainable user-interface components.\nManage application architecture, code quality, technical standards, and development practices.\nIntegrate front-end applications with APIs, databases, services, and third-party platforms.\nWrite clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.\nIndependently troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.\nDevelop and maintain automated unit, integration, and front-end tests.\nOptimize applications for performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.\nAssess technical requirements, provide development estimates, and identify risks or dependencies.\nManage source control, branching, code releases, and deployment activities.\nMaintain technical documentation relating to application architecture, functionality, configurations, integrations, and support processes.\nMonitor application health and address issues following releases or system changes.\nCoordinate with external vendors or technical specialists when additional expertise is required.\nCommunicate technical issues, recommendations, and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve application quality, stability, and development efficiency.\n\nExperience And Qualifications\n\nFive or more years of software development experience, including significant hands-on experience with React.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\nAdvanced knowledge of React, including components, hooks, state management, routing, and application architecture.\nExperience independently owning or supporting a business-critical software application.\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern front-end development standards.\nExperience integrating applications with RESTful APIs or other web services.\nStrong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and front-end testing methodologies.\nProficiency with Git, source control, branching strategies, and release management.\nExperience working across the full software development lifecycle.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize competing requirements, and manage deadlines.\nAbility to gather requirements and communicate directly with business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering stable, secure, and high-quality software.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Next.js or another React-based framework.\nExperience with state-management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context.\nFamiliarity with Node.js and back-end development.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment processes.\nKnowledge of web accessibility standards and secure development practices.\nExperience working with component libraries or design systems.\nFamiliarity with containerization, microservices, or distributed application environments.\nExperience managing third-party integrations and external development vendors.\nExperience developing enterprise, SaaS, or business-critical applications.\n\nKey Competencies \n\nIndependent technical ownership\nProblem-solving and sound judgment\nAccountability and reliability\nPlanning and prioritization\nClear stakeholder communication\nQuality and attention to detail\nAdaptability and learning agility\nRisk identification and management\nUser-focused thinking\nContinuous improvement\n\nContact Us!\n\nIf this is a promising opportunity for you and you possess the desired skills and experience, please apply for the role.
