Bold thinkers and Authentic team members who show up to work every day being ourselves, never afraid of new ideas or opinions, because we believe they matter.\nWe're looking for a Human Resources Manager ready to join us in making a real impact at our office in Managua, Nicaragua.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines. \nLead the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews round, and onboarding new employees. \nImplement programs to promote a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement. \nSupport managers in handling performance issues and fostering employee growth and development. \nAdminister employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses. \nManage accurate and timely preparation and processing of biweekly payroll. \nManage and provide guidance to the HR Administrator.\nEnsure company policies and procedures comply with applicable employment laws and regulations. \nPartner with the legal representative to stay up to date on legal and regulatory requirements. \nManage and support legal and compliance audits. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in UKG and prepare relevant HR reports and metrics. \nOversee day-to-day office and facilities operations, including communication with building management, maintenance, vendors, and other workplace needs. \nLead and oversee the Facilities Responsible, ensuring effective management of facilities, maintenance, vendors, and workplace operations.\nRequirements\nDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. \n4+ years of HR experience. \nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and verbal\nHands-on experience managing legal audits and supporting legal cases.\nExperience with payroll and HR administration. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office;
