Bold thinkers and Authentic team members who show up to work every day being ourselves, never afraid of new ideas or opinions, because we believe they matter.\nWe are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of identity services across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.\nManage user lifecycle activities, including provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning.\nMaintain and support authentication services, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication solutions.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.\nManage role-based access controls (RBAC), privileged accounts, and access governance processes.\nConduct access reviews and support joiner, mover, and leaver processes.\nMonitor identity systems, troubleshoot access-related issues, and ensure platform reliability.\nSupport audit, compliance, and security initiatives by maintaining documentation and generating reports.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM processes and improve operational efficiency.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.\nExperience managing Microsoft 365 identities, groups, and access controls.\nKnowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and identity security best practices.\nExperience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.\nUnderstanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), privileged access management, and least-privilege principles.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and process automation.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. \nBenefits\n Full Legal Benefits Package -
