POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide great customer service to Sago respondents through tickets, aiming to drive respondent satisfaction and retention (International US Process)

Requirements

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for addressing US customer inquiries, resolving queries and providing excellent customer service via tickets
• Review and investigate issues accurately and efficiently using computer systems
• Maintain high level of accuracy while handling cases and record keeping tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Fluency in English language (verbal and written) with strong communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive respondent experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment
• Ability to work in night shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST and 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST during day light saving)
• Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with 0- 1 year of experience in customer service.

Based on performance during the training period, you may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with the company.
