Bold thinkers and Authentic team members who show up to work every day being ourselves, never afraid of new ideas or opinions, because we believe they matter.\nWe are in search of a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our energetic team at SAGO-someone who flourishes in a fast-paced setting, embraces innovation, and is eager to engage in meaningful work that generates impactful insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild relationships with internal teams and deliver reliable support while assisting on qualitative market research projects through their life cycle.\nPull and format Excel spreadsheets, updating daily to provide clients with a clear picture of our recruitment progress.\nAssist project manager with administrative tasks such as homework and consent form distribution and collection, \nConsult with project managers to understand their needs and offer creative solutions to complex challenges.\nContinuously monitor project progress to spot potential problems, communicate programming, spreadsheet or quota management concerns and manage to successful resolution.\nJoin project kick off calls and liaise with internal team members (recruiting) to ensure all are fully up to speed on project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.\nEngage with your leaders and your peers to address any challenges and facilitate teamwork to resolve any issues.\nProactively contribute to departmental process improvements, while maintaining platform proficiency by attending Qual Product trainings. \nBring a can-do attitude, positive outlook and team spirit to work with you each day.\nOther duties, as assigned. \nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMust be able to understand, speak & write clearly in English.\nBachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.\n1+ years’ experience working in a market research/clinical research environment, marketing, social media is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).\nBenefits\n Full Legal Benefits Package -
