Bold thinkers and Authentic team members who show up to work every day being ourselves, never afraid of new ideas or opinions, because we believe they matter.\nWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic Qual team in the role of Project Manager at Sago.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage multiple research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.\nCoordinate with supervisors, recruiters, and clients to align on project needs and updates.\nPrepare and maintain tracking tools and reports for clear communication of progress.\nCollaborate across teams to ensure successful recruiting and resolve issues quickly.\nAct as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, providing timely updates.\nUse company systems and tools effectively throughout the project lifecycle.\nHandle unexpected challenges with urgency, escalating when necessary.\nSupport company goals such as client satisfaction and efficient project close-out.\nUnderstand project costs and feasibility to maintain healthy margins.\nAdapt to changes in project requirements with flexibility.\nDeliver excellent service and build strong client relationships.\nFollow company procedures and standards.\nPerform other related duties as needed.\nRequirements\nAbility to multi-task and be flexible.\nAbility to problem solve and make decisions.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nBachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.\n2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined project management experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required).\nBenefits\n Full Legal Benefits Package -
