resolve gaps and re-sync standbys.\nReplication and data movement\n• Configure and support SQL Server transactional, merge and snapshot replication, Change Data Capture and linked servers.\n• Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate, Streams/Advanced Replication, materialized views and database links.\n• Troubleshoot replication conflicts, latency and agent failures.\n\nBackup and recovery\n• Define and run backup strategy (full, differential, log; RMAN incremental and archive-log backups) meeting the organization's RPO/RTO.\n• Test restores monthly and keep evidence for audit.\nDevelopment support\n• Write, review and optimize views, stored procedures, functions, triggers and packages (T-SQL and PL/SQL).\n• Review application schema changes and deployment scripts before release to production.\n• Support core-banking, channel (mobile, USSD, card) and reporting teams with data fixes and query tuning.\nPerformance, Security and monitoring\n• Tune queries, indexes, statistics, execution plans and wait events;
