Visit www.sai360.com.\nThink you’re a fit for SAI360?\nSAI360 is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinatorto support the marketing team across content operations, project coordination, and website management.\nThis role will work closely with the Content Manager and Digital Marketing team to keep content projects organized and moving forward, coordinate reviews and approvals across teams, manage content calendars, and assist with publishing and maintaining website content.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders, and able to follow established processes while keeping projects on track.\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\nPrior experience in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a major plus. Candidates with experience in GRC, enterprise risk, compliance, audit, or related B2B SaaS environments are strongly preferred.\nStrong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nHands-on WordPress experience is required.\nExperience using a project management platform such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar. Wrike experience is strongly preferred.\nExperience using a social media management platform such as HubSpot, or similar.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to proactively follow up with stakeholders and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction.\nComfortable working independently while collaborating with a global marketing team.\nAbility to follow established processes consistently and identify opportunities to improve them.\nBasic understanding of digital content and website publishing workflows.\nExperience supporting a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing organization is a plus.\nExperience managing content and social media calendars or editorial workflows is a plus.\nExperience working with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or website teams is a plus.\nBasic understanding of SEO and website content best practices is a plus.\nExperience maintaining website content repositories or digital asset libraries is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital marketing tools is a plus.\nPrior experience with LinkedIn and YouTube is a plus.\nIn the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is €2,000 - €2,333 gross per month, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
