As an Enterprise Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, organizational transformation, and enterprise execution. You will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure high-priority initiatives remain on track, governance processes are effective, and business objectives are achieved. This role requires a highly organized and influential professional with strong project and program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to drive accountability across complex cross-functional environments. Experience supporting AI adoption, AI governance, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives is highly preferred.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.\nPartner with executive leadership to drive high-priority business objectives.\nEnsure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.\nDrive accountability and ownership across stakeholders.\nSupport enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nManage portfolio governance processes and operational cadence.\nSupport prioritization of strategic initiatives across the business.\nFacilitate executive decision-making through structured governance reviews.\nProvide visibility into project health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nMonitor portfolio KPIs and performance metrics to support business objectives.\nIdentify, escalate, and remove project roadblocks.\nManage critical issues and drive timely resolution across stakeholders.\nEnsure risks and issues are communicated appropriately to leadership.\nMaintain strong execution rigor and follow-through across initiatives.\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams and dependencies.\nEstablish and manage recurring business reviews and governance meetings.\nTrack project progress, commitments, deliverables, and key performance indicators.\nCreate executive-level dashboards, reporting, and status updates.\nDrive transparency and accountability through structured reporting processes.\nChampion AI adoption across the organization.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.\nSupport AI governance frameworks and best practices.\nHelp establish scalable AI operating models and Centers of Excellence.\nPartner with business leaders to assess and prioritize emerging AI initiatives.\nComplete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\nA degree from an accredited four-year college or university is strongly preferred but not required.\n5+ years of enterprise project management, program management, transformation, PMO, or portfolio governance experience.\nProven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.\nDemonstrated success working directly with executive leadership teams.\nStrong portfolio governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management experience.\nExperience managing multiple strategic initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.\nExceptional communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience establishing governance processes, operational rhythms, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools.\nExperience holding stakeholders accountable and driving results through influence.\nStartup or high-growth company experience is preferred.\nAI-first mindset with demonstrated experience supporting AI initiatives.\nExperience implementing AI governance programs or supporting AI Centers of Excellence is preferred.\nChange management, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness experience preferred.\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.\nSelf-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability.\nIn the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus a target 10% annual bonus.
