If you're ready to step into a role with real influence and high growth potential, this is your moment!\nOwn the Product Strategy: Conduct regular discovery with existing and prospective clients, conduct opportunity assessments, and set the strategy aligned with Company Vision & Objectives.\nDeliver Outcomes: Operate in an empowered team, partnering with engineering and design to deliver measurable outcomes through solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and usable.\nLead Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product operations, design, analytics and product marketing teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of product priorities.\nDrive Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize problems-to-solve alongside solution options using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF, backed by market insights and customer needs. Be a steward of data-driven insights to continuously assess what is most impactful for the users and business and whether solutions are advancing desired outcomes.\nChampion Agile Delivery: Promote and implement Agile best practices across teams to improve delivery speed, transparency, and product quality. Report status updates on delivery of roadmap initiatives and commitments.\nGo-to-Market Coordination: Own the go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases, coordinating with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support to ensure internal teams are trained, enabled, and ready to deliver.\nClient Engagement: Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate product vision, gather feedback, and showcase new capabilities. Conduct daily discovery with clients to understand their use cases, workflows, and opportunities.\nEnsure Quality: Collaborate with Product Operations on documentation, product demo paths, and usage metrics to ensure solutions meet business goals.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\n5+ years of experience in product management with B2B SaaS products.\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.\nProven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams.\nStrong capabilities in using AI tools to rapidly create low and high-fidelity prototypes.\nProficient in Product Management & Software Delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian.\nStrong track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts.\nExperience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars.\nExperience working in global virtual teams.\nExperience working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance related domains is a plus.\nInterpersonal Skills:\nFluent in German and English.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
