Visit www.sai360.com \nThink you're a fit for SAI360?As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution for SAI360's Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. You will represent the Product organization in customer-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars while helping shape product innovation, market positioning, sales enablement initiatives, and go-to-market strategies. This global role contributes to product strategy and execution across multiple geographies, with particular focus on North America. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that address evolving compliance, regulatory, risk, assurance, and operational resilience needs.\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop and continually refine understanding of buyers' challenges, needs, competitors, buying stages, and product usage.\nPerform analysis to support initiatives that increase market share.\nDevelop effective product positioning and messaging based on customer, market, and competitive insights.\nConduct industry trend analysis, competitive analysis, and win/loss tracking to identify key differentiators.\nWork across the Product organization to drive innovation, prioritize requirements, and validate product delivery.\nIncrease win rates through sales enablement tools, product comparisons, playbooks, solution sheets, and success stories.\nDeliver sales training and scripting that connects customer needs to product capabilities.\nPartner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and remove training-related obstacles in the sales funnel.\nWork with Product Marketing to plan and promote successful product launches.\nRepresent SAI360 and the Product Team through customer meetings, presentations, and webinars.\nBuild business cases and communicate product value to partners, customers, sales teams, and senior leaders.\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\nHands-on AI Product Management mindset and strong utilization of AI in product management practices.\nMinimum of eight years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or controls functions.\nMinimum of two years of B2B product management or product marketing experience, preferably within the GRC software industry.\nStrong understanding of Compliance, Risk, Control, Audit, and Resilience frameworks, including SOX, ISO31000, IIA, ISAE, SSAE, and related standards.\nAbility to create concise and compelling messaging that improves buyer interactions across multiple channels.\nExperience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management organizations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.\nSelf-starter mentality with strong initiative and ownership.\nCollaborative approach and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.\nIn the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus or commission.
