The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality AV and VTC support to a federal government client.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical support for AV and VTC events, including scheduling coordination, equipment setup, system testing, live event operation, and troubleshooting\nConfigure, operate, and maintain VTC endpoints, codecs, cameras, displays, and related infrastructure\nDiagnose and resolve AV and VTC hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner\nImplement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address customer AV and VTC challenges\nParticipate in the installation, commissioning, and hardware upgrades of AV and VTC systems\nMaintain technical documentation including system configurations, SOPs, and equipment inventories\nDeliver exceptional customer service to FDIC employees and stakeholders at all levels\nAssociate's degree or higher in Audio Visual Technology, Information Technology, or related field; with six (6) years or more of related experience.
