This position provides the opportunity to design, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain high-fidelity aviation system integration laboratories supporting the AH-64D/E Apache, CH-47F Chinook, and UH-60M/V Black Hawk platforms. The successful candidate will work alongside engineers, software developers, technicians, and Government personnel to develop hardware solutions, integrate aircraft systems, and support critical test events that directly contribute to Army Aviation modernization.\nThe Aviation Systems Integrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:\nDesign electrical wiring schematics and cable assemblies using engineering best practices.\nDesign, fabricate, install, and troubleshoot wire harnesses, interface cables, and laboratory hardware.\nInterpret engineering drawings, technical data packages, and Modification Work Orders (MWOs).\nSupport integration of aircraft avionics, simulation hardware, and laboratory equipment.\nDevelop technical documentation, engineering reports, and design packages.\nPerform system integration, verification, troubleshooting, and functional testing.\nSupport software, hardware, and system-level integration testing.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware and integration issues across multiple aircraft laboratories.\nRecommend improvements that increase laboratory capability, reliability, and maintainability.\nWork independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.\nCommunicate effectively with teammates and Government customers.\nDemonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new technologies and responsibilities.\nMaintain a professional demeanor while representing the program.\nSupport occasional travel or off-site integration activities as required.\n Required Education:\nBachelor's degree and two (2) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.\nRequired Clearance:\nMust possess an active Interim Secret security clearance to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance;
