The position will involve supporting both physical and virtualized data center environments, including commercial cloud service providers.\nCandidate must be reside within a 50 mile radius of either Charleston, SC, New Orleans, LA, Norfolk, VA or Tampa, FL.\nNOTE: On-call rotation every 5th week for a week to address Citrix related outages.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, configure, and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) systems.\nAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot CVAD components on Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.\nManage Citrix NetScalers (physical and virtual) to ensure consistent performance and availability.\nEnforce security compliance by applying DISA STIGs, managing patches, and updating Citrix and Windows environments via WSUS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.\nMaintain, upgrade, and secure Windows servers to align with DoD and DISA standards.\nTroubleshoot connectivity issues and support customer application needs.\nCollaborate with virtualization and storage teams to optimize systems.\nDocument system configurations and operational processes using tools like SharePoint.\nReview, manage, and troubleshoot incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow and Jira.\nProvide technical consulting and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend system enhancements and improvements.\nUtilize Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Sprints.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts and tools, particularly in PowerShell, for efficiency in system administration.\n Required Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and nine (9) years or more of demonstrated experience;
